Is there a minimum order?

No! No order is too small or too big!

What is the hire term?

Prices are based on 1-3 day hire terms Please contact us to discuss long term hire if required.

Is delivery/crew included in the furniture hire cost?

No, the delivery and crew costs are calculated by location, time frame of delivery and collection, size of order, we will assess each request and quote the delivery/crew costs to you accordingly.

What delivery and crew services do you offer?

We offer three levels of service:

Kerbside: We drop off all ordered items at the designated Kerbside location.  For health and safety reasons, our delivery drivers are only allowed to leave your goods at the kerbside.

 

Standard Plus: Includes delivery, collection, and a crew to bring all ordered items directly to your specified location. We allow up to 2 hours per job to ensure everything is delivered/collected to the location.


Premium: 
Our full-service option, including delivery, collection, and a crew for complete installation. We allow up to 3 hours per job to ensure everything is set up perfectly.

How can we Pay?

We accept Bank Transfer and secure online payments via the Stripe payment platform

Why do you Charge a deposit?

Deposits are held whilst goods are on hire to protect Hire it against any damage, loss waiting charges and or penalties charges

What are your payment terms?

Full Payment is due at the time of the order unless agreed terms have been applied.

Purchase Order: We are happy to accept a 30 day purchase order along with 20% payment of the Order value. No further deposit is required

Are your prices excluding or including VAT?

For both International and domestic clients VAT is charged.  Itemised prices shown on our quotation and orders are excluding VAT.

Do you sell your furniture?

Unfortunately, we do not sell our furniture.

Where are you based?

We are based in Croydon on the outskirts of London

Do you provide a Project Management Service?

Yes, we offer a project management service which is especially popular with our overseas clients (fees apply).
